At road.cc every product is thoroughly tested for as long as it takes to get a proper insight into how well it works. Our reviewers are experienced cyclists that we trust to be objective. While we strive to ensure that opinions expressed are backed up by facts, reviews are by their nature an informed opinion, not a definitive verdict. We don't intentionally try to break anything (except locks) but we do try to look for weak points in any design. The overall score is not just an average of the other scores: it reflects both a product's function and value – with value determined by how a product compares with items of similar spec, quality, and price.

Oneten Lombardia arm warmers are stretchy, warm and comfortable. The material makes them good at being resistant in nippy winds. They offer enough protection on dry, slightly damp colder days.

The warmers use a two way silicone grip at the top to stop them slipping down when riding. The wrist has a good elastic hem that offers a close fit whilst remaining flexible. These were small/medium in size and my arms are fairly medium (width) rather than small and the fit was good. They do have a bit of length to them, meaning they bunched up on my small (length) arms, but not uncomfortable at all. Meaning they will fit longer arms too.

You can find these armwarmers online at Chain Reaction Cycles.

The Oneten warmers offer a good extra removable layer to your outfit. They aren't water resistant but do hold up well in shorter showers fairly well and will keep you dry in the short term.

They have a reflective Oneten logo offering a level of extra visibility if you are riding early morning or dusk. A nice little touch.

I wore these in a variety of temperatures from 6 degrees up to 13 and they worked really well at keeping my arms warm. Worn with just a jersey, they kept the wind off of my arms without the need to wear a jacket.

They are made with a single tube of fabric, meaning just one seam, which enhances the comfort level of them in terms of being abrasive against your skin. These really are comfortable to wear for a few hours. They are easy to put on and take off as you need them too and stow in a pocket until you need them.

For the price tag of £19.99 and not weighing too much, they are something worth considering. Ideal for this time of year, they are definitely worth a go.
