I purchased a Factor OSTRO VAM, from an official dealer in Italy.
Factor’s official distributor delivered to me a damaged frame with no CeramicSpeed bottom bracket installed arbitrarily replaced with another component.
They agreed to replace the frame but in assembling the new frameset Factor’s technician damaged the handlebar and scratched the frame.
When I claimed Factor’s service center for damage, it denied responsibility claiming that the damage on the frame had not been reported by me at the time of delivering the bike.
This is not serious on Factor’s part.
I believe that blaming customer for not having discovered a damage that has been clearly caused by the incompetence of Factor’s technicians in assembling the frame is not only unprofessional but also grossly offensive to the customer.
I filed a complaint to Factor but Factor did nothing to protect my rights.
I look forward to hearing from Factor Bikes.

Mason Definition with Campagnolo H11/Chorus/Zondas and Deda finishing kit. I bought the frame from eBay and it looked pretty sorry for itself on arrival. However, after a wash and polish, and some new inserts, it looks great. The reviews on here are accurate; it really does make you want to ride everywhere like you've just sat on a wasp. I plan to do LEJOG on it later this year, if I can find the time.

My EVO I restored this 2014 Cannondale EVO from the beat up mess it was. It looked like the previous owner threw it into the back of a truck everytime he used it. I rode it for a summer. It's currently for sale on eBay...

!!! UNICORN ALERT !!!

1997 Specialized S-Works M2 Team issue!

Not a bike available as a model for sale in 1997. Only people to have them would have been the racing team. These would be extremely limited in numbers. Painted from the factory in race team livery.

*No, it is NOT a 1997 Specialized Allez Comp M2. This bikes serial follows the S-Works serial numbering system!

willing to rehome for the right offer. Beau joseph on Facebook.

Trek Emonda SL4 2018 now with a few upgrades ~ well to tell the truth not much of the original bike remains.  I bought this new old stock from Solent Cycles in June 2020 at a bargain price. (thanks Mike!)

New Bike Day 😊
Well my Ribble Enthusiast CX SL arrived today after waiting just under 6 months for it to arrive, and thankfully it has come before the start of the new Cyclocross season.
Took it today on her maiden voyage and I am well impressed with it, there was no feeling that I was sitting on top of the bike like some have reported, on the contrary I felt as if I was part of the bike and it didn't feel at all twitchy which some cyclists have also complained about. Full Carbon frame and level five integrated handlebars make this bike a real mover and I took her on the road, gravel and on rough uneven terrain and she passed every test. I couldn't be happier....👍🏻

Had a gardener round to tidy up and he got my old bike out from the undergrowth. It's over 30yrs old but I think it'll buff up ......🤔

I've wanted a Brompton for a long time, and now I have one. Shown here with the Bickerton it replaces, the Brompton is much nicer.

Flat bar, 6 very useable speeds, no rear rack. It weighs the same as the Bickerton, but folds significantly smaller.

My 2021 Scott Addict 10 (not the RC, this is the "endurance" version). Swapped out the aluminium bar for a carbon Control Tech one, Supacaz bar tape, Fizik Argo Tempo saddle, Prime RR 38 wheels with Conti' GP5000 32c TL's.

Had this bike now for four years and 8000 miles and counting I ride for shopping, hauling recycling stuff to the Tip, off & on-road pleasure rides etc. I took the photo on the most stupid highways junction lane marking a complete waste of time & money as they are allowed to park stopping the traffic that the markings were put there for.

Well, now I'm down to 2, here is one post-ride today. Comfy Giant Revolt Advanced in gravel mode. It doubles as my winter road bike with a switch of wheels and full Flinger mudguards.

Here is my winter build project, complete. It's a dedicated hillclimber, I'm hoping to shed a few more kg myself over spring and summer, before possibly taking it to my local club hillclimb TT in September.

Comes in at 5.99kg, and was built from mostly used / second-hand components. Obviously I had a budget to stick to, and this is not a no-compromise all out featherweight. However I'll be scouring eBay for alternative wheels, cranks, tyres, etc to come up and so there's definitely a few hundred more grams that could come off.

Frameset: Boardman SLR Race Signature (ex ONE Pro Cycling / Kamil Gradek)
Wheels: Mavic Ksyrium SL25 / Ti skewers
Tyres: Michelin Power Time Trial 23mm / butyl tubes
Bars: FSA Energy 40cm (cut back)
Stem: Prime Doyenne Lightweight 100mm
Rear mech: Shimano Ultegra 6870 Di2 / SM-R600 shifter
Crankset: Specialized carbon crank / TA Specialities 33T 1x ring
Cassette: Shimano Ultegra R8000 11-28T
Brakes: FSA SL-K calipers / Specialized Top Mount levers
Saddle: Selle Italia SLR Tekno Flow / Toseek carbon post
Pedals: Shimano Dura Ace 9000 SPD-SL

You seem to have put the forks on the wrong way up.

The frame's upside down too.

I suppose technically it's sort of a picture of your bike, but I'm not sure you quite got the spirit of the thread...

[Edit: Also, I'm particularly pleased that I managed to get comment 1337 on this thread :o) ]
